These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RAES Creations website, your purchase of products from us, and your booking of classes and lessons. By placing an order, booking a class, or interacting with our website in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not place an order, book a class, or interact with our website.

Handmade Products

All RAES Creations products are handmade with care and attention to detail. As each item is crafted by hand, please note that:

• Slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur between products
• Every piece is unique and may differ slightly from product images shown on our website
• We take great care to represent our products accurately, but colors may appear differently on your screen

Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made to order, crafted specifically for you after you place your order. Please be aware that:

• Made-to-order items require additional production time before they can be shipped
• These items may take longer to prepare than pre-made products
• The overall delivery time for made-to-order items may be significantly longer than standard items

Delivery Times and Delays

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. However, please consider the following important information:

• Estimated Delivery Times: While we provide estimated delivery timeframes, these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates
• Delivery Service Delays: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are subject to the carriers and external delivery services we use. These third-party services operate independently, and we have no control over their schedules, policies, or any delays they may experience
• Factors Affecting Delivery: External factors beyond our control may affect delivery times, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, public holidays, and other logistical challenges
• No Liability for Delays: RAES Creations shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from delivery services or carriers once your order has been dispatched

We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding delivery timeframes, particularly during busy periods or when external factors affect delivery services.

Bulk Orders and Multiple Products

If you are ordering multiple items or placing a bulk order, please note that:

• Orders containing multiple products require additional time for preparation and packaging
• Bulk orders may require significantly longer processing and production time
• We recommend planning ahead for larger orders to account for extended production timelines
• You may receive your order in multiple shipments depending on product availability and preparation requirements

Order Processing

Once you place an order with us:

• You will receive an order confirmation via email
• We will begin preparing your order as soon as possible
• You will receive shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped. We accept payment through our secure payment provider.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order, and we will do our best to resolve it. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Classes and Lessons

RAES Creations offers in-person and online crochet classes, courses, and workshops. By booking and paying for a class, you agree to the following policies:

• All Purchases Are Final: Once a class, course, or lesson is purchased, all fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances — no exceptions.
• Attendance Is Your Responsibility: Students are expected to attend every scheduled session in their course. Failure to show up does not entitle you to a refund, credit, make-up session, or transfer to a future class.
• Rescheduling — Emergencies Only: Rescheduling a session is only permitted in the event of a genuine emergency, and only at the sole discretion of RAES Creations. Requests must be made as early as possible. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled under any circumstances.
• No Partial Refunds: If you miss one or more sessions within a multi-week course, the full course fee remains non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rata refunds or credits for unattended sessions.

By completing your booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these class policies in full.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of RAES Creations and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our website or placement of an order after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
